| This covered hopper is still in what I assume is its original paint job. It is Chicago & Northwestern green with the old "Employee Owned" logo. I cannot clearly find its reporting marks. When I magnify it I can see "CN" missing "W" with numerals "1782", probably missing one or two more numbers. There is a builders date 0f "03-80" on it with the Pullman-Standard "PS" stencil. I assume this thing is in revenue service still as it was in a cut of cars on some Union Pacific track. |
